研究领域

1) 无镍生物钴合金的基础研究及开发

结合相图计算与材料加工技术,成功开发出医用无镍钴合金。该合金主要用作高级外科手术用具、牙床材料、人工关节等,已于2012年取得日本生产注册商标COBARION®并获得产业化,现在年销售量达到约RMB4000万。与传统不锈钢相比,开发出的钴合金具有更好的生物相容性、更高的刃口硬度(HV500以上,用于微创外科手术用具),更高的耐磨性(不锈钢的8倍,用于人工关节)。在有限元计算与材料加工图技术的基础上,开发出可成功预测复杂钴合金制品微观组织的智能锻造技术,目前该成果已获得日本最大钢铁企业JFE采纳,并成功应用于汽车用高强钢板的加工制作。

2) 固液界面反应控制及相关新型合金开发

首次提出在钴合金表面制备出致密纳米氧化膜来提高耐铝液腐蚀的性能,该成果已在日本最大精密铝铸造公司SMC获得产业化应用。在相图计算结果的基础上,合理调配合金成分,同时提高镍基合金的强度与抗腐蚀性能。该成果作为含氟有机物注射机的螺杆获得应用。

3) 新型钴镍基超合金强化机理表征及开发

首次利用铃木效应与第二相强化的复合增强的原理,开发出世界上强度最高的Co-Ni-Cr基超合金:在700℃时,该材料的屈服强度超过1300MPa,比现有钴基超合金(HASTELLOY)高出约250MPa,比现最强镍基超合金(INCONEL718)高出约300MPa。该材料将应用于高温部件及航空发动机的关键部件。

4) 金属电子束熔炼(EBM)3D打印技术开发

在日本首次进行电子束熔炼金属粉末3D打印技术的研究,成功开发出各种具有复杂形状的钴,镍,铁,钛基合金制品;制品涉及医用,汽车,航空,以及固体燃料电池等领域。

5) 新型粉末冶金技术

首次发现对铜合金电导率无害的烧结助剂。在此基础上,制备出耐磨高导电W-Cu电极材料,开发材具有更高的硬度和导电率;首次开发出高效分段球磨技术并以此开发出高强高导电Cu-Ti-C合金,开发合金的电导率85%IACS以上,强度650MPa以上,可用于各种耐磨导电电子部件。
