材料学院“材子论坛”暨青年学术沙龙系列报告会第187场成功举办

2016年11月4日周五上午9:00，中南大学材料学院青年科协联合院研究生会举办的青年学术沙龙第187场在化学楼210室顺利举行，本次学术沙龙的主讲人为瑞士苏黎世联邦工学院的Manfred. Roth博士，材料科学与工程学院刘立斌教授等师生到场参加。
报告会题目为“Advanced joining and interface technology”，Manfred. Roth博士详细讲述了铜焊连接方式的问题，包括铜焊温度、表面处理、金刚石研磨工具等。展示了连接之前的准备工作以及运用热力学计算进行模型模拟。列举了燃气涡轮的失效实例，用热力学模拟得出了几个主要的结论，例如增加镍含量有利于二元体心立方和面心立方马氏体的形成。研究了Mo元素以及焊料的纳米结构对实验的影响。详细的分析了人造髋关节断裂的案例。在讲解过程中Manfred. Roth博士结合丰富的肢体语言与同学们积极互动。报告结束后，Manfred. Roth博士与在场学生进行了热情的交流，细心回答同学们提出的问题，并鼓励同学们要刻苦努力，多动脑筋，勤思考，全场掌声热烈不断。
